There&#039;s too much pressure to remain &#039;the tough guy/gal&#039; and senior leadership does an abysmal job of destigmatizing the practice of different therapies. Say too much and you&#039;ll lose your clearance (or in the case of civilian police officers, possibly your job.) 

Combine that with the difficult situations and horrifying things that these men and women witness on the battlefield and you have a recipe for disaster. 

Well done in bringing attention to this extraordinary important issue.]]></description>
