I&#039;ve always been a fan of Beard&#039;s Bread book--I can&#039;t remember the exact title, but it is incredibly no-frills recipes and techniques and I adore it. It is, of course, in storage with the rest of my belongings, so perhaps when I break it out, I&#039;ll pick this one up first to remind me why it&#039;s worth the effort to make bread at home.]]></description>
