Perfect description- “Little pixies”! This book definitely got into the psychology behind it- kind of like Black Swan. I’m fascinated as well- how something so tiny could have such strength! I’ve been watching Simone Biles and I don’t understand how the human body can move like that. At least she has some muscles!

I’m always intrigued by ballet (and gymnastics, for that matter) books…even though I was never a ballerina myself.
