Thank you! I know what you mean, though, it’s some form of obstinacy. I hear too much about a book or movie and dig in my heels that I don’t want ot read it. Why? I have no idea because more often then not it does turn out to be great. This just reminded me so much of that time in my life, even though I did not work in a restaurant.

I am always so wary of getting in on these kinds of books, even though, often they are totally worth it.
