It’s interesting because the subject of intimacy is so relevant now- with all the technology we rely on that separates us, but I haven’t found a novel yet that did a good job with it. I didn’t like Touch either and it was the same kind of theme. Sigh.

I did. It was my old optimism that she would pull the theme through in the end, but…no. I’ve seen some Goodreads reviews saying how meta it was, but I’m not buying it.
