Good question! That’s kind of why I said if you hadn’t read him it would be O.K. I still don’t think it would be his best, but it might be that we need something completely different from Corey. I’d love a female protagonist with the same sensibilities!

I didn’t have enough to say to even write a review of this one. But, I did love all the Cuba stuff…fascinating. Just wish he wouldn’t clutter it with his usual M.O. It does feel heavy-handed now…did he get more heavy-handed with it or did we change as readers from when we were into his early work?
