Swans is fabulous! You should definitely read it- especially if you&#039;re interested in NYC in the 1960s and Truman Capote. She captures the times so perfectly.]]></description>

(Which I also loved.) The Hollywood history lesson made The Girls interesting for me and that more than the women themselves kept the story moving.
