By ‘of an age’, you mean fabulously seasoned and not interested in being pushed around?

It was a gutsy choice. It may be that ambiguity is not high on my list these days. Too much of it in my life. I want yes/no, black/white. Also, I liked young Tikka so much better.

I liked this one more than you did. I think I appreciate the ballsy move of keeping a mystery a mystery. I do love that despite being “of an age” we are still learning what works and doesn’t as readers. Which means that we can still be surprised, which, whether a negative or positive surprise, is a good thing. 🙂
