I forgot to mention the Headspace meditation app, which I love. It’s all about controlling the anxiety and trying to get a good night’s sleep these days, right?

There’s no such thing as a boring list these days! I don’t know a couple of these shows so will have to check them out. Cheer was insane, right? I was prejudiced because when I was in school all they did was bounce around and act like mean girls, but these girls? Personalities aside, they are hard core athletes. There is no way I’d ever let myself be hoisted up and flung around like that. I’d be terrified!
