Oh, I haven’t heard of New Waves. I’ll add it to my list because ‘slow’ doesn’t seem to be a problem for me right now. If Normal People didn’t hold your attention I’m not sure Exciting Time will. The title is definitely misleading!

It could have just been the mood I was in. I just read Kevin Nguyen’s New Waves and really liked it, also about twenty-somethings dealing with love and grief and friendship.
