Honestly, I feel as if I want to read it over again. It’s been so long that a book has been that satisfying. I’ve read great books, but they’re often literary fiction and that requires ‘work’ if that makes sense. This was a pure delight.

Uh oh! I am apprehensive about Majesty and am going to wait to read it. I can see what you mean about Nina. She definitely had self-esteem issues. Somehow, it didn’t bug me. Right book at the right time!

Yes! That’s why I never read them! But this was just right. Unfortunately, I’ve heard really mixed thigns about the sequel so I’m going to enjoy the high from this book for awhile longer!

I liked this book very much, but maybe not quite as much as you. The character of Nina bothered me a lot. She was so passive. I only have a couple hours left in Majesty, and fear that may be the case again.
