It didn’t quite come together fully. I just learned it was originally short stories and that makes more sense.

I didn’t know that, but it explains so much! I felt as if at least two of the women could have been novels by themselves.

We’re still in sync with our reviews lately This book did start off as a short story collection, and in my opinion it remained that way.
