How wonderful! I’m sorry for the delay in responding, things a bit crazy here.

The first thing that comes to mind is how does everyone feel about the impact technology has had on these kinds of friendships? Is it easier or harder to get close? Also, is there anything anyone remembers in food etc that’s common now but used to be unusual?

It’s a quiet book of a simpler time (in some ways) and made me think of all the friends I love in my life.
