You are so unbelievably kind! I feel as if my brain is coming out of my ears with this move. Too many things to keep track of and I’m sure I’m forgetting something huge.

I think it would be a good discussion book if you have the kind of group that likes deeper reading.

I like reading books set in the Civil War time period so I hope to get to this one. But it likely will not be this summer … as it might take too much patience or concentration right now – and things are too busy. I also pause a bit to read about Lincoln’s killer & his family but I’m sure it will give fascinating details into the time period so I’m still game. Glad for your review & thoughts.

Maybe I’ll choose it for my next book club pick when my turn comes around. We do pretty well with historical fiction.
