That’s how I felt as well. One of those instances where someone seems to have everything, but not inside. His vision for the workplace was so out-of-the-box and yet it worked. Tragic.

The timeline tripped me up a bit (maybe easier to follow in print?), but his drug use was especially tough for me – hearing about someone so financially and socially successful, who appears to have been deeply loved by his chosen family, fall apart so completely. He’s very close to my age, but couldn’t have lived a more different life. It made me very reflective.
