In reply to Kate @ booksaremyfavouriteandbest. His writing is just that intimate. The book is nothing like A Little Life (is anything?), but the character development felt similar. Beautiful.

Sounds like a strong book — with author comparisons like that! An autistic albino — I already feel a bit crushed with the grief in this novel. Nice review.
