Too bad about the Sittenfeld book. I liked Mira Lee’s book and how it makes you feel how mental illness is tough not only on those with it but those who love them … it’s never ending road of hardship and heartbreak.

In reply to Susie | Novel Visits. I did and am embarrassed that I didn't give it its due with a full review. Us Against You may just be my sensitivity these days. The underhanded, divisive, sleaziness made the majority of the novel dark. There were no happy relationships...it felt dreary to me.

So glad you had such an awesome reading month! I’m planning to read Everything Here is Beautiful – it’s library hold, which I’ve suspended a couple times to get through my Summer Guide books, but now I can fit it in!
