I almost said something in my review about how many of the quotes I wanted to use from the book. This is definitely a case of some fine writing.

I don’t know that it is. EW has it designated as Literary Fiction. Either way I think it is a book you’d enjoy. A little slow sometimes, but not enough to get boring.

After reading your review, even more so. I haven’t read a good coming-of-age book in SO long and it’s usually been a genre I read quite a bit of. I’m happy to finally have a good one in my hands.
