I’m very interested in what you think because people who loved her first, don’t like this as much. The Nest had so much plot and this is slower. I liked The Nest, but loved Good Company.

I know! I feel as if people who really loved her debut don’t love this one as much and vice versa. It’s less plot and more character, but when the writing’s good I love that.

I gave Good Company three stars – it’s definitely a character-driven novel. Although it isn’t particularly compelling, I was incredibly interested in the professional lives of actors – so very different from my own career and life.
