Oh no! That is too bad. I know the wrong narrator can completely ruin a book for people. I’m glad I read it in the print as I don’t remember Lily going on for long stretches of time.

After listening to the Lily narrator for 10 minutes within the first several chapters I stopped it. She ruined the audiobook as far as I am concerned. If I listened to that young woman drone on until the end I would be SO depressed I’d need antidepressants.

Lily character could have been represented without such an aggressively depressed reading. Maybe people like that type of narration.
