					<description><![CDATA[This is one of my favorites so far this year. I&#039;ve enjoyed two of his other works as well and am now looking forward to being a completist.  Some of the sentences were so beautifully written that I had to sit with them a moment. I agree that the darkness in the story was balanced by Rainey&#039;s humanity, and it ultimately left me feeling hopeful.
