Sunday Brennan lives in L.A. pursuing her dream of being a writer, right up until she gets in a drunk driving accident and her emergency contact is her older brother, Denny. Summer Thrillers: Mini-Reviews
Summer is a great time for thrillers. Hot weather, vacation, and short attention spans are all made for engaging reading that moves fast. Of course, my expectations are higher, because humidity makes me cranky and we have plenty of it in Michigan. For that reason, I’m a picky reader right now so take these reviews with a grain of salt (what does that even mean?). On Monday I’ll ... Read More...
The Housewives by Brian Moylan

She’s back with Where the Grass is Green and the Girls Are Pretty and it’s exactly what you’d expect from a world where entitled white ... Read More...
Majesty: A Novel by Katharine McGee
Earlier this fall I read and fell in love with American Royals by Katharine McGee. The book’s sequel, Majesty came out in September and I had it on hold at the library, but I finally gave up and bought it (gasp!) because I couldn’t wait any longer. Also, I’m really trying to support my local book store. IF YOU HAVEN'T READ AMERICAN ROYALS AND THINK YOU WILL(I highly recommend ... Read More...
